What if I don't like the 3D model preview?

You'll receive a preview of your 3D model before we print. If you're not satisfied, you can request changes or a different photo be used. We want you to love your final product!

What's the difference between the tiers ($50, $100, $200)?

The tiers differ in color complexity. $50 (One Color) is a single solid color. $100 (Easy Color) includes 2-5 colors with clear boundaries. $200 (Multi-Color) captures complex gradients and detailed color patterns.

What material are the prints made of?

We use high-quality PLA filament on Bambu Lab printers. PLA is durable, eco-friendly, and produces excellent detail. It's safe for display but not recommended for outdoor use or extreme temperatures.

Both. AI generates your 3D model. A human artist reviews and refines it. You approve before we print.

Production typically takes 5-10 business days. Standard shipping via USPS Priority Mail takes an additional 2-5 business days. Total time from order to delivery is usually 1-2 weeks.
